Group Field Theories
by Thomas Krajewski
Publisher: arXiv 2012
Number of pages: 58
Description:
Group field theories are particular quantum field theories defined on D copies of a group which reproduce spin foam amplitudes on a space-time of dimension D. In these lecture notes, we present the general construction of group field theories, merging ideas from tensor models and loop quantum gravity.

Algebraic Quantum Field Theory
by Hans Halvorson, Michael Mueger - arXiv
This paper is a survey of AQFT, with an orientation towards foundational topics. In addition to covering the basics of the theory, we discuss issues related to nonlocality, the particle concept, the field concept, and inequivalent representations.

The Monte Carlo Method in Quantum Field Theory
by Colin Morningstar - arXiv
This series of six lectures is an introduction to using the Monte Carlo method to carry out nonperturbative studies in quantum field theories. Path integrals in quantum field theory are reviewed, and their evaluation is presented.
