Here is a free online calculus course. This is essentially an ordinary text, but you can read it online. There are lots of exercises and examples. The text is rigorous. We do calculus in both one and two variables at the same time.
by David Guichard, Neal Koblitz
This textbook covers analytic geometry, derivative, transcendental functions, curve sketching, integration, sequences and series, three dimensions, vector functions, partial differentiation, multiple integration, and vector valculus.

The intuition is useful in dealing with simple examples, but can be a hindrance to deeper understanding of the basic concepts of mathematical analysis. The point of this text is to challenge and refine the intuition of better calculus students.
by Wilfred Kaplan, Donald J. Lewis - University of Michigan Library
The first volume covers vectors in the plane and one-variable calculus. The two volumes provide material for a freshman-sophomore course in calculus in which linear algebra is gradually introduced and blended with the calculus.
